Gospeech Team goes Workation

A change of perspective can often provide the decisive impetus for fresh ideas and effective collaboration. With this in mind, part of the Gospeech marketing and product management team went on a three-day workation at the Schnitzmühle in the Bavarian Forest to tackle strategic challenges and strengthen team spirit far away from the usual office routine.

The first day was characterized by an intensive examination of the current market changes. In addition to a thorough competitive analysis, we readjusted the position of our product and drew up the product roadmap to achieve future goals.

The main focus of GoSpeech will remain the same. GoSpeech will become the 100% GDPR-compliant speech recognition solution for German authorities and companies that work with sensitive data. The morning of the second day focused on the design of our marketing activities. The focus was not only on reaching our target groups efficiently, but also on creating a positive customer experience. After a delicious lunch and a walk along the river, we continued in small working groups. Each group developed concrete ideas for process optimization, which were presented after two hours. The day ended with dinner together and an entertaining evening of games.

On the last day, we concentrated on the upcoming trade fairs, in particular DMEA and Digitaler Staat The focus was on strengthening our presence and making the most of the potential of these events. After a great lunch, we made our way home invigorated and full of new ideas.

This workation was not only a welcome break from everyday life, but also an opportunity to work on strategic topics away from our usual surroundings. We can look back on a successful time in which we not only achieved concrete results, but also strengthened cooperation within the team in the long term.
