Release update 2.2: New rights and roles system and many other new features

With the 2.2 release, the management of hourly quotas in our Enterprise version has been revised and a new rights and roles system has been introduced. In addition, the GoSpeech Mover is a powerful tool for our Enterprise customers that allows you to transfer your recordings directly into GoSpeech. For smaller companies, we also offer the new Enterprise Small Company Edition - a solution specially tailored to the requirements of compact teams that offers a cost-effective entry into professional speech processing.

With Release 2.2, we have revised the management of time quotas in GoSpeech Enterprise.

What's new about the time quota management?

In our Enterprise version and in the Partner Program, you now have the option in the GoSpeech Management Center to assign hourly quotas to the respective (sub)organizations based on your total hourly quota. This allows you to maintain an overview and always know where quotas are needed.

Revised rights and role systems in the GoSpeech Management Center

We are pleased to inform you that we have extensively revised the rights and roles system in both the Partner Program and the Enterprise version. New, detailed options for assigning rights are now available in the GoSpeech Management Center. These improvements allow you to manage your users' access rights even more precisely and flexibly.

There is an exciting new feature in the partner program in particular: you now have the opportunity to set up a 14-day trial membership for potential customers. This trial period gives your prospects the opportunity to experience GoSpeech in full and see the benefits of our solution for themselves.

Automatic transfer of your recordings to GoSpeech

The GoSpeech Mover is a standalone tool in the Enterprise version for automatically transferring audio and video recordings to GoSpeech. After an one-off configuration, files are transferred and transcribed directly into GoSpeech after being stored in the defined directory.

Enterprise functions now also available for smaller teams

We are pleased to introduce the new Small Company Edition to our Enterprise customers. This variant complements our Private Cloud and On-Premises Edition and offers a flexible solution for smaller companies. Hosted in our GDPR-compliant public cloud, it requires no installation or implementation, making it quick and easy to use. Despite its focus on smaller businesses, the Small Company Edition includes all the proven Enterprise features such as unlimited users, multi-hour transcription, GoSpeech Management Center, GoSpeech Mover, as well as our Enterprise billing model and comprehensive training with premium support.
