Release Notes 3.0: AI Features in GoSpeech

With version 3.0, GoSpeech Enterprise is expanding the platform to include AI assistants. You can process transcripts directly in GoSpeech using AI and create summaries, corrected versions, or meeting minutes with just a few clicks. The results are saved as editable documents directly within the task. You retain full control over the AI services and providers used.

With the new AI assistants, you can further process transcripts directly in the GoSpeech Editor without having to transfer or copy transcript content to external AI applications. The available functions include summarizing transcripts, correcting grammar, and creating meeting minutes. In addition, you can add your own instructions or use handy quick suggestions. This significantly reduces post-processing efforts and allows results to be made available more quickly for documentation, minute-taking, or communication.

The AI result is saved as a new, editable document within the task and can then be reviewed, edited, exported, and shared.

For data protection reasons, GoSpeech exclusively uses business accounts for language models (LLM) managed by your organization. To create AI documents, you can currently use OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Google (Gemini) with their respective latest LLM. You can specify which LLM can be used in your organization via the GoSpeech Administration. The connection is established via the organizational account and the respective API key. Billing is handled directly through your business account with the respective LLM provider.

Administrators can enable or disable the AI assistants, connect providers, or remove connections via the GoSpeech Management Console (GSMC).

For transcripts in German, French, and English, you can automatically pseudonymize personal data before it is transmitted to the AI provider. Recognized names, email addresses, mailing addresses, as well as national identification numbers and identity documents are replaced with placeholders. The mapping to the original values remains exclusively with GoSpeech.
